Senior / Lead Support Consultant (Product and SaaS Support, 3rd , Basware konserni, Espoo
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Support Consultant who will work in our Product and SaaS Support, 3rd line unit Espoo team. Product and SaaS Support 3rd line is Basware Corporation’s unit for the Purchase to Pay (P2P) products, providing 3rd line support, training and some consulting services to all Basware country units and international partners.
As a Senior / Lead Support Consultant your main tasks will be to help Basware’s (or partners’) technical consultants in troubleshooting environment and P2P application related problems. You will also be the link between our country units and R&D in product related problems if those are not solved without changes in applications, and produce technical documentation for troubleshooting purposes. In addition you might have to participate giving training to Basware’s and partners’ technical consultants. Sometimes we need to support projects or give trainings also on site, thus you should be willing to occasional travelling. The most important is that you have the right winner attitude; self-starter, quick learner and relaxed team player with customer service skills. You should have experience and good skills in communicating and sharing your knowledge with our subsidiaries and partners. All our duties requires excellent problem solving skills and you should be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus. If you are already familiar with processes of ERP systems, travel management, purchase management or invoice automation, and especially if you have in-house experience on configuring and supporting Basware P2P applications, it is really an asset.
Preferred technical, process and product knowledge areas are:
• PO Matching, integration to ERP systems, SAP knowledge
• SQL Server and/or Oracle databases (including scripts, queries and fine tuning)
• Microsoft operating systems (servers and workstations)
• IT infrastructure knowledge
