As an Internal Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of existing Private customers and key objective is to increase the revenue of the customers procurement spent. You will achieve revenue targets within a defined territory through management of the mix in terms of products and services as defined by the Dell policy.

Job responsibility

It is your responsibility to understand the customer’s needs and buying criteria within the target territory provided, while positioning Dell’s products and services offered in order to achieve maximum benefit in terms of revenue growth and client loyalty.
As an Internal Account Manager you will consistently communicate with your accounts to promote any changes in Dell’s product and service offering. You are to establish close links with all supporting functions in order to co-ordinate the customer experience of Dell and motivate all the extended teams to support your accounts and inform of bigger picture to obtain optimum engagement.
Finally you have to report on a weekly and monthly basis to the sales management to demonstrate consistent achievement to forecast and plan.
- You have at least 2-4 years of successful telephone sales experience
- A background and knowledge of the Corporate Accounts/Global Accounts market place would be an advantage
- The ability to influence and win business on the telephone is essential
- You have excellent communication skills focusing on collaboration, but with an emphasis of persuasion and control
- Drive for results - can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
