Outotec GmbH in Oberursel, Department “Project Management and Scheduling” is looking for (Senior) Project Managers (m/f). In this position you are managing proposal or contract execution projects and will be the leading person for the project organisation.
As (Senior) Project Managers (m/f), you will:Manage and lead proposal or contract execution projects to achieve project targets regarding quality, schedule, budget and customer satisfaction Lead the project organisation and work closely together with other key personnel such as Commercial Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Project Controllers, Site and Commissioning Managers Ensure external and internal reporting Establish and maintain a good working relationship with customers and other parties involved Overlook the HSE and other OT review procedures Organize risk and change management Motivate people to take an active role in achieving the desired project results To succeed, you will need:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a business orientated education complemented by a good understanding of technical matters Several years of experience in project implementation of process plants Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment in a leading position Good negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of common office software, project scheduling and controlling tools Good command of German and English is essential, additional language skills would be appreciated Willingness for worldwide traveling and also working in project teams abroad
