Performance Parts Internal Trade Office supports Valmet parts and consumables sales and operations globally. We are looking for Internal Trade Specialist to join our fast-paced world.
In your role:
You handle internal item and quotation requests, sales orders and purchase orders in our systems. You follow that the deliveries are on time and keep the internal customer informed. Your desk wont be empty, there will always be new orders and inquiries.
To be successful in this position, you need to be customer-oriented and service-minded person with a positive can do attitude. You need to be a team player and good in building up your own contact network. Willingness to learn new things and ability to take responsibility are essential in this role.
In addition, we expect you to have:
- Bachelors or other equivalent degree, technical or commercial
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Finnish skills arent mandatory)
- Ability to learn new systems fast, basic MS Office skills
Previous experience on the following areas are considered as an advantage ( but not mandatory):
- Service business or engineering
- Basic fundamentals and experience from procurement or customer service
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of paper/board manufacturing equipment
