As a Technical Customer and Sales Support, you will:Daily respond to incoming technical queries from customers by phone and e-mail.Create and drive sales to new customers and broaden and expand business with existing customers through cooperation with responsible sales head regarding technical solutions.Perform technical tasks at customer sites such as training, installation, upgrading and troubleshooting.Participate in customer events such as fairs, seminars and client meetings.Pursue issues relating to product customization, bug fixing and future products development.Provide documentation, demonstrators and other materials to facilitate sales and the use of the products.
Other work tasks:Work towards achieving goals and key figures as set by the company managementIncrease customer satisfaction, expand, and enhance customer relationships.Regular reporting to the company management and by use of It Tools Zendesk / IFS / CRM.Actively contribute to implementing improvements internally
Engineer with a degree from a university / college of industrial automation and/or data communication
Experience and knowledge requirementsAt least 3-5 years experience in technical work automation / IT / data communications with good technical knowledgeExperience in configuring / commissioning and troubleshooting data networks
Meritorious experienceExperience of providing customer trainingExperience in technical salesExperience in working for or with any of the Westermo's key customers e.g.ABB, Valmet, Xylem, Fortum, Atlas Copco, Bombardier
