This is your chance! Miradore is looking for a tech-savvy person with a customer service-oriented attitude to join our technical support team in Lappeenranta, Finland.

The job is a full-time position for one year, and after that, continuation might be possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main task is to offer front-line technical support to our SaaS product clients based in the DACH region. In short, the job consists of answering customer questions and troubleshooting through tickets, chat and the telephone as well as documenting found defects and communicating them to R&D and Support teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

For you to succeed in this role, we believe you should have the following:

- Strong interest and sufficient technical competence for mobile devices- the desire to continually improve your knowledge



- Right attitude for customer service - willingness help customers
- understanding the value of excellent customer service
- empathy and patience towards the customers



- Ability to work from 9 am to 5 pm
- Native German and very good English; other languages are a plus but not mandatory
