As a member of the Global Customer Success team you will be responsible for educating customers on Qt's licenses policies, identification of non-compliance license usage and work with the sales account managers to resolve any open cases.
. Educate customers on Qt's licenses policies (i.e. mixing code or sharing licenses)
. Work with sales on escalations
. Create license and open source reports
. Provide weekly updates on management on actives and license management activities
. Use of SFDC, Use of QlikView
. Familiarity with open source software, third party licensing, open source approval processes, or license compliance governance is highly valued and is a plus
. Experience with software development tools, including IDE's and Code Repositories
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Strong cross-functional collaboration
. Detailed oriented and outstanding follow through skills
. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
. Proven ability to successfully handle multiple, high urgency, requests in a reliable manner
. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
. Ability to clearly communicate statuses to the appropriate people in a timely manner
. Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
