Sales Manager, OEM (Cooling)

Danfoss Climate Solutions are looking for a new Sales Manager OEM (Cooling) with experience in the refrigeration and air-condition sector to take care of our OEM business.

In this role you will enter a strategic position where you can have great impact on your daily work, and you will become part of a strong sales team in Finland.

The position is located in Helsinki

Job Responsibilities
Your main area of responsibility will be to handle our most important OEM ( Cooling) customers in Finland

You will be empowered and supported to manage the OEM business and take part in strategic initiatives within your area and help strengthen the position of Danfoss and develop the cooperation and relation to support common growth opportunities with key customers. This will happen in close relation with a team of very competent colleagues both local and globally in our own organization.

Furthermore, responsibilities for this position include:

-Secure business development in line with Danfoss Climate Solutions perspective and business plan, driving growth and sustainable profitability
-Develops a deep and broad network within customers decision makers
-Proactively develops, maintains, and drives customer development plan's and projects
-Strong focus on Opportunity Pipeline management
-Contract management and negotiation with focus on long term partnership
-Coordinates and support activities with Sales Director, Application & tech support, Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Internal Sales and Product lines
-For accounts having operations in several countries, collaborates with other key account managers of other countries, to contribute to the implementation of global policy decided
-Seek new business opportunities/new customers

Background & Skills
You might have a Degree in Engineering Mechanics or Thermodynamics and 5-10 years of previous sales experience from Air Conditioning, Heat Pump and/or Refrigeration Industry, and experience with OEM business relationship.


You are Familiar with ERP systems preferrable Sales Force and used to work with Microsoft software pack (Word, XL, PPT, Outlook) and you master Finnish and English fluently.


As a person you are structured and good networker that comfortably navigates and builds strong relations across stakeholders and you have a high level of drive and commitment.


You can think strategically and manage multiple projects and resources while challenging traditions.
