We are currently looking for a HR Manager who is an operational oriented and structured team player as well as an engaging communicator with an ability to establish trust.

As Finland HR Manager you will provide professional HR support to our Airport Retail Operation teams. You will drive the implementation of HR initiatives as well as rolling out Global Dufry initiatives to build a sound culture and increase employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide solid day to day HR support to all levels of management whilst maintaining focus on the long term effectiveness of retail operations
Act as guardian of all HR policies and procedures of the company securing their compliance with local regulations and legislation
Ensure effective personnel administration in labor relation matters such as absenteeism, disciplinary records, grievances and legal disputes.
Manage relationships and ensure good cooperation with employee representatives, lead cooperation negotiation processes
Define, deliver and supervise appropriate labor relations services
Accountable for HR budgets and KPI reporting, company salary & wages and overall payroll in addition to other personnel expenses (payroll outsourced)
Overall responsible for recruitment and staffing
Accountable for compensation, benefits and staff incentive programs
Accountable for the work environment's Occupational Health and Safety issues, act as OHS Manager of the company

At least five years of experience as HR Business Partner or a similar qualified HR position preferably in retail or service sector.
Good knowledge of Finnish labor laws and collective labor agreements (preferably Trade) with experience from
co-operation and negotiate with employee representatives
Except of Finnish, professional English skills are required and Swedish skills are beneficial
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or similar area is preferred

Has a structured fast paced hands on approach to identify and deliver sustainable business benefits
Is a strategic thinker, can see and understand also the "big picture".
Has interest and understanding in business also from financial and efficiency perspective
Is able to establish trust and respect through competence and confidence
Has ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Is a naturally engaging and powerful communicator and influencer
Has pro-active approach to problem solving

As Country HR Manager you report to Country General Manager and you are a member of the country management team. You will have two HR Specialists to your support. You will also be part of a Nordic HR Team.
This is a full-time position and it is located in Helsinki Airport. We expect you to start as soon as possible.
